Vue.js works beautifully with Laravel, either via Inertia.js or as a traditional SPA with a Laravel API backend.
I've built applications with both Vue 2 and Vue 3, using the Composition API and TypeScript for type safety. The principles are the same as React: components, props, state management.
If you have an existing Vue application or your team is more comfortable with Vue, it's not a problem. The Laravel backend patterns stay the same.
