Terms of Use

TL;DR
Use this site in good faith. Your content stays yours. I integrate with GitHub, Twitter, and LinkedIn - their rules apply when you use those. I can change things or remove access if needed.
01. The Basics
By using stumason.dev, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's fine - but please don't use the site. The service shows development activity, lets you create annotations, and can cross-post to connected social accounts.
02. Your Account
Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If something looks off, let me know.
03. Your Content
Anything you post (annotations, comments) remains yours. By posting, you're giving me permission to display it as part of the service - that's the whole point. You can delete your content anytime.
04. Third-Party Integrations
This site connects to GitHub, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn. When you use those integrations, their terms apply too. I'm not responsible for what happens on their platforms.
05. Don't Be a Dick
No:
- Illegal stuff
- Harassment or harmful content
- Trying to break things
- Scraping or automated abuse
- Pretending to be someone else
06. Liability
The site is provided as-is. I do my best to keep things running, but I can't guarantee uptime or be held liable for issues that arise from using it. Standard disclaimer stuff.
07. Changes & Termination
I might update these terms or the service itself. I can also suspend accounts that violate these terms. If anything major changes, I'll update the date above.
