Profile sync

profile:update (daily 02:20, after hero:digest at 02:15) pushes the generated digest into the StuMason/stumason profile README between <!-- digest:start/end --> markers via the GitHub contents API. First run bootstraps the section plus Work with me / Sign up to my newsletter links pointing at stumason.dev. Existing README content is left alone.

Hero digest fixes from the first prod generation

• Privacy: the first generated line named work from a private client repo (cleanconnect). The query now hard-filters to public repositories — private work can never reach the public homepage or profile.
• Prose: banned "repo: thing" prefixes, 'progress' is now referred to as 'this site', 2–3 items in flowing prose.
