• Remove fake placeholder phone number from landing page footer
• Add featured boolean to cleaner_profiles (admin-curated only, no random fill)
• Adele can toggle featured status from admin user detail page (clickable star card)
• Homepage only shows cleaners explicitly marked as featured (with photo + searchable)
• Fallback placeholder images still display when no cleaners are featured
• Featured cleaner cache clears automatically on toggle

Test plan

• Visit homepage — fallback placeholders show (no cleaners featured yet)
• Admin: go to a cleaner's user detail, click the star card to feature them
• Homepage now shows that cleaner (if they have a photo and are searchable)
• Click featured cleaner on homepage — goes to their public profile
• Verify fake phone number is gone from footer
