PR #29 opened: feat: enable @claude to create PRs and perform GitHub operations

Summary

  • Add write permissions so @claude can push branches and create PRs
  • Add capabilities prompt so Claude knows it can use gh pr create, gh pr merge, etc.
  • Fix model specification (use claude_args not model input)
