PR #1 merged: chore: repo community kit (CONTRIBUTING, templates, dependabot)

Brings roll to the same polish as crunch/coolify-mcp.

Repo settings already applied (not part of this PR — they're settings, not files):

• 17 topics (macos, swift, rust, tauri, screencapturekit, telemetry, ai-agents, …)
• Homepage → edator
• Branch protection on main: PR-gated, ci-linux required, force-push/deletion blocked

This PR adds the files:

• CONTRIBUTING.md — build steps, the PR flow, pack-contract + privacy ground rules
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ — bug + feature templates, config linking crunch/edator
• .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md — pack-contract + privacy checklist
• .github/dependabot.yml — weekly npm + cargo + github-actions
• .github/CODEOWNERS — @StuMason

First PR through the new PR-gated flow — merges once ci-linux is green.
